Meet David
Before becoming a therapist, David Sazant spent years as a litigator, working in courtrooms and boardrooms across Ontario. Feeling lost and unfulfilled, it didn’t take long before he realized that his career choice was driven by other people’s expectations and perceptions rather than his own desires. David decided to make a change. He left his litigation career, went back to school, and found his calling.
David's mission is to create a space where men can put down the façades, be vulnerable, understand where their insecurities come from, and most importantly, cultivate their ideal selves. He believes that the consistent pursuit of personal growth is the key to becoming someone you love, trust, and respect.

A: Therapy is a uniquely tailored process to each person, and its path depends on various factors. As such, a specific duration of treatment can't be predicted before we begin. Even as we go, the path can change depending on new challenges that arise, progress to date, medication changes (if applicable), and more. Generally, however, clients work with David anywhere from two to six months on average, with some for less time and some for more, as appropriate.
